Versatile Day-zone Storage
Before joining the Beaufort team, Matty was a kitchen installer, so perhaps it's no surprise that he enjoys putting together day- and night- 'systems' furniture like Poliform bookcases and wardrobes.
This is modular storage at its finest. It is a freestanding system, supported by the floor, that can be used as a wall, hence the name "Wall System". More than one previous display of Poliform Wall System in Beaufort's showrooms have used it as a room-divider which can be a very effective design tool. (Not to be confused with Poliform's other day-systems furniture such as 'Quid' and 'Code', both of which are attached to the wall, rather than being the wall.
Wall System has a very wide range of finish options including woods, lacquers, marble, leathers, and glass - which all add to its versatility. Storage options, covers, and variety of sizes mean that it can become a bookcase, a TV unit, a bar, a desk, a display unit, or all of these combined.
New Finishes
"Wall System" was launched by Poliform in 2006, and Beaufort put it on display in their Belfast showroom, which at that time was on the Lisburn Road.
Since then, Poliform have increased the variety of dedicated storage options, such as the "ghost" display cases shown here, and the range of finishes, such as metallic lacquers, also used here.
